OUR POLICY

・ If we cannot provide you with a rough estimate over the phone we'll first, at your convenience of course, book you in for a quick visit so that our cleaners can visually see the space and its condition before a quote is provided (all our quotes are obligation free quotations for your peace of mind).

 

・ We are now able to provide clients with long term contracts due to our company's continued growth -- contracts can be terminated by us at any time during if we feel a client/s are in breach of the terms (potential added charges).

 

・ If you required let's say our "Deep Cleaning" service for example, and only wanted to pay for (8) hours worth of our services, it is common for us to send out two cleaners. Two cleaners would complete said job in half that time but the full (8) hours would still be charged because our service prices are set per cleaner.

£22 (service charge per hour) x 8 (hours of service provided) = £176, £176 x 2 (two cleaners) = Total £352

 

・ We stand by our hard work, work etiquette, and guarantee 100% satisfaction. If something wasn't to your liking we would correct this ASAP without any hidden charges.

 

Though human error can happen at times, we would never intentionally glaze over our work. We take pride in our services.

・ If we have any concerns about cleaning in or around a certain item in your property, we will always ask you to review and sign our 'Waiver Form'. If happy to do so, and agreed with our staff member/s on site, once the form is signed for our team will be able to continue their cleaning duties. We will always conduct ourselves in a professional manner regardless of the outcome. If not signed for in these particular cases by the customer we have the right to refuse cleaning said item/near said item.

Examples: Glass chandeliers, priceless irreplaceable ornaments, very fragile glass, antiques that could potentially react spontaneously to our cleaning products, etc.

・ We are an anti-bullying company, we do not tolerate abusive behaviour towards any of our staff members. We have the right to report and refuse service if this should happen. We would never disrespect a client and expect the same treatment in return.
